Who looks after your data

DM Socials, the seller named in our Terms of Service, decides how your data is used. Write to us on our contact page about anything on this page. We follow the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012.

What we keep

• Your sign-in. Your email address. There are no passwords.
• Your LinkedIn login. The login cookies LinkedIn gives after you sign in through our window, so the assistant can work for you. We never see or keep your LinkedIn password.
• Your outreach. The settings you choose, and public LinkedIn details of the people you reach, such as name, job, company, profile link and their recent posts, plus the messages you send and receive through DM Socials.
• Your AI key, if you add one, locked in Google's secret store.
• Payments. Handled by our payment provider. We never see your full card number.

What we use it for

Only to run DM Socials for you, help you when you ask, and keep accounts safe. We do not sell data, share contact lists, or use your data for advertising.

Who else handles it

• Google Cloud, which runs and stores DM Socials.
• Google Workspace, for our support and sign-in emails.
• The AI company you pick, Anthropic or OpenAI, only for the text the AI writes for you.
• Our payment provider, for billing.

How long we keep it

While your account is open. 30 days after you cancel, all of it is deleted by itself: your leads and the research on them, messages, inbox, support tickets, files, LinkedIn logins and AI key. It first goes into a locked trash area for 7 days in case of a mistake, then it is erased for good. We email you when it has been deleted. Payment records stay with our payment provider, as the law asks for tax.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your data at any time by writing to us on our contact page. A deletion request is carried out within 2 working days in the same way, and we email you when it is done. People you contacted through DM Socials can ask the same about their details.

Keeping it safe

Each customer's data is kept apart from every other customer's. Logins and keys are stored encrypted, and only the systems that run your account can read them.

Changes

We will email you about any important change to this policy.
