Who we are

DM Socials is run by Karen Grace Rabang Sarmiento, an individual seller based in the Philippines. "We" and "us" mean her. "You" means the person or company using DM Socials. You can reach us on our contact page.

What DM Socials is

DM Socials is a LinkedIn outreach assistant. With your permission it uses your own LinkedIn account to send connection requests and messages to people you choose, to follow up with a message, and to help you answer replies. It never likes or follows on its own. It is invite only.

Your LinkedIn accounts

• You may only connect LinkedIn accounts that are yours, or that the owner has clearly allowed you to use.
• LinkedIn's User Agreement limits automated tools. DM Socials keeps a slow, human pace and safe limits, but LinkedIn may still warn, limit or close an account. You accept that risk when you connect an account, and we are not responsible for what LinkedIn decides.
• You are responsible for every message sent from your accounts, including messages written by the AI or the Reply bot when you switch them on.

Fair use

Do not use DM Socials to send spam, to harass anyone, to mislead people about who you are, to collect data for resale, or to break any law, including privacy and anti-spam laws where your contacts live. We may pause or close an account that does.

Your AI key

If you connect your own Claude or ChatGPT key, that provider bills you directly and its own terms apply. We keep the key locked and use it only for your account.

Price and payment

DM Socials costs $55 USD for each connected LinkedIn account, paid up front by card. Each payment covers 30 days and renews by itself. Each account has its own 30 days, starting the day it is added. Prices may change with 30 days' notice by email. Cancelling and refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Availability

We work to keep DM Socials running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. LinkedIn changes its website often, so some features may stop for a while until we fix them.

Limit of responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost business, lost profit, or a LinkedIn account being limited or closed. Our total responsibility for any claim is no more than what you paid us in the 3 months before it.

Ending the service

You can stop any time. We can stop serving you with 30 days' notice, or at once if these terms are broken. Your data is then handled as the Privacy Policy says.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will email you about any important change. These terms follow the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
